PMS symptoms: You deserve a medical evaluation for your PMS symptoms -- you can track them in detail for a couple of months to share with your doctor. By "manisium, " do you actually mean the mineral "Magnesium"? You may need more than 200mg/day; I suggest the glycinate form to avoid diarrhea.
