Fastest not the Best: Fast results could be achieved with benzodiazepines. Although these meds could be abused and could cause addiction or dependency. Therefore they are not the best, and should be used only on short term basis. On the other hand the ssris, take some time to kick in or start working but the results are very good and they are not addictive.
