Here is a list: Get 8 hours of sleep daily. Exercise for 30-45 minutes daily. Eat healthy foods which are high in fruits/veggies and grains and low in animal fats. Do not drink alcohol, or if you do drink, limit it to no more than 1 or 2 drinks in a day.
