When my 8 year old got her flu shot today, after the needle was pulled out some clear liquid dripped down her arm. now im worried some of the vax wasnt given to her. is she more likely to get flu this season? will her immune system response to vax?

She should be fine, the vaccine is only part of the protection that she has against influenzae. Remember to teach her to wash her hands in appropriate instances, and not touch her eyes and nose with 'dirty' hands, I mean when she has touched many things that other people also have touched.

Usually get flu shot, arm usually hurts after. This year, shot in arm, some leaked out when needle withdrawn and no arm pain afterwards. Does leaking mean vaccine not deep enough or not enough quantity of vaccine? Should I have redone? Thank you!
