A member asked:

How much water should i drink for dehydration?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

At least 64 oz/day: The standard is 64 ounces of fluids daily as a baseline. This doesn't included if you are exercising excessively or sweating during the warm months. During those times liquid intake should be increased 16 ounces.
