Is it possible that a child had the three vaccinations on the same date during a triple immunization process?

Confusing question: Most vaccines are developed as individual products & after demonstrating success over time there is an effort to combine them with other vaccines to reduce the number of shots given. The present dtap is such a vaccine. It has been proven well tolerated and effective when given this way. The same goes for the MMR vaccine.
