A member asked:

How do you know if your body has built a good response to the covid19 vaccine? i received both covid vaccines this june. i currently and during vaccination had low red cells due to unspecified blood loss and i have congenital neutropenia -since birth?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

They are able to measure vaccine response antibodies in research laboratories, but it is not available as testing against COVID 19 antibodies as in infection. You should not rely on the antibodies and you are still better off with mask, washing hands and appropriate distancing. The congenital neutropenia may not affect your immunity but I do not have enough information to comment on that.
