Interesting: Seasonal affective disorder most commonly means depression in the winter but there is a reverse condition that afflicts 10% of sad sufferers. Anti-depressants often work but research research suggest that melatonin may even more effective. There is a strong association between all circadian disturbances and bipolar. Therefore tretament should be provided by someone experienced in all these.
