It is not effective!: I suspect you mean "urine therapy" as an alternative medicine approache of using one's own urine for medicinal purposes, and you are refering to hiv/aids. There is no evidence that this has any benefit at all for hiv/aids, or other diseases. See an HIV specialist to get proper care.
