Possibly many: Difficult to say just based on the disease itself as for most it depends on the stage of the disease or how advanced it is by the time it is diagnosed. For example pancreatic cancer for most patients has very poor long-term prognosis, but end-stage heart failure might be years depending on when it reached end-stage.
