Change your meds: Anxiety is not always easy to treat and sometimes the meds that work well have undesirable side effects. So see your doctor you may need a dose change on your meds or a different medication. You can also try therapy to try and get alternative methods of dealing with the events that may trigger your anxiety.

See your doctor...: Your physician may wish to change your current treatment plan. Are you doing anything other then medication (designed to treat symptoms) for your anxiety? I would advise a therapist to speak with and adding yoga, meditation, exercise, and journaling to your daily routine.
