Maybe: While we don't have as much research on marijuana, we do know that tobacco smoke interferes with the function of the little hairs that clear mucus from the ears, nose, windpipe and lungs. This is why those people are always coughing up junk. Also, watch out for the lawman since, unless you have a prescription and are in one of certain states, you can get bigger troubles than an ear infection...
