Yes it can but depen (penicillamine): Yes it can but it depends if you are flying long distence or short distance you might have to take some medicine like dramamine (dimenhydrinate) etc, so you dont feel nauseous or vomiting and you better be accompanied by someone who can help you if you still feel dizzy but if you can avoid it till you are better.
