Knee exercise: There are many exercises available to strengthen the muscles that support the knee. Generally, low impact exercises are safe for everyone and include biking, water exercises, and elliptical. Resistance exercises such as leg presses, hamstring curls, leg extensions, etc may also be helpful. If no injury or damage, higher impact options exist including jogging and plyometrics.
