You can't . you can-: -only increase their stability by muscle strengthening. joints themselves only have motion, controlled by ligaments and muscle. ligaments do become stronger or more specifically able to withstand stress by constant use such as running, cutting, jumping. but the only guide the movement, and can't be stretched or made longer as they are inelastic.
