Meds: There are medications that help suppress dizziness/imbalance. These do not treat the underlying cause of the infection, but can make you feel more stable. See your doctor for evaluation if the imbalance is significant.

ENT evaluation: You will need an ear nose throat specialist evaluation because this could be due to inflammation/infection of the inner ear in addition to the middle ear infection. The inner ear in addition to a special part of the brain (the cerebellum) is responsible for our balance. If affected can cause vertigo and ringing sensation in the ear.
