Docs can you explain what is a catheter and what is it used for?

General term: Introducing a tube with a hole inside , may it be in the vein, artery, bladder etc introduction of this type of device into human body is called a catheterization if this is iin to the heart callled cardiac catherterization , into bladder is calleed bladder catherization.
