Mra showed hypoplastic r vertebral artery terminating in pica. l vertebral artery elongated & abuting brain stem. year later, catheter angio for venous sinus stenosis, doc said arteries look good. is it likely they missed my vertebral arteries?

Angiogram is more accurate than MRA.

If angiogram has not shown any abnormalities, your blood vessels are indeed normal. MRA on occasion can reveal false positive data which is misleading. But if you feel "they missed my vertebral arteries", contact the radiologist to go over the results of your study.
