Yes: Your baby is starting to communicate vocally and is "discovering" her/his own voice. Ooh and aah sounds are usually the first vocalizations (other than crying). You will notice your baby starting to communicate with you by studying your face, watching the movements of your eyes and mouth. This encourages him/her to continue vocalizing and socializing.
