There are many ways: First i would try an intestinal herbal cleanse- herbal tea ones good. Eat smaller portions, about the size of your hand/palm. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Eat less carbs- bread, rice, pasta, etc. Drink lots of water. Get 6-9 hours of sleep every night (good sleep= increased metabolism). Start with moderate exercise, 30 to 45 minutes a day- enough to get the heart pumping and the body sweating.
