I heard that pro-longed birth control pill use can affect a woman's ability to become pregnant. is that true?

Completely false: Oral contraceptives do not affect fertility. Some irregular and infertile women use ocps to contrlo their cycles and when they decide to get pregnant they stop the pills and can't get pregnant. This is why people say this but its false.
