Healing time : Depends of the degree of injury if its torn or you have a tear it may need surgery if its a soft tissue injury most heal in 4 weeks or less if treated correctly see a doctor who is a specialist in foot and ankles.

Tendonitis 6 weeks : Accessory navicular is present or not and does not heal. Tendonitis takes 6 weeks with rest and nsaia, and ice.

Weeks to Months: to heal. Generally at least 6-8 weeks, if bone is involved can take months. Suggest looking at stem cell therapy options if you want to heal fully. Check out Regenexx.Com.
