See a podiatrist: It's not uncommon to have accessory bones form in the foot within a tendon, but if it is causing pain, have it examined properly. Based on your description, this may be a biomechanical issue which may have a conservative treatment options such as orthotics but it may require surgery to remove if it is impairing the normal movement. A podiatrist can examine you and give you treatment options.
