Yes & unlikely: A concussion can produce focal neurological symptoms which could suggest a stroke. Unless the trauma of the concussion has caused a skull fracture, a concussion will not show up on an x-ray study of the skull. It can show up on a ct or mri.

Yes and no: A concussion can have some symptoms that look like a stroke. Neither concussion or stroke will show up on an x-ray. Its best to get checked by your doctor.
