I can't tie in all these symptoms to old brain injury but for a start, I recommend undergoing a thorough history& system review, a complete physical examination & basic lab work to include cbc&diff, complete metabolic panel thyroid panel iron&iron binding capacity with other tests deemed advisable by a specialist in internal medicine. . In addition, I recommend a consultation with a neurologist

The way to answer this question is by writing down all your symptoms with a timeline and taking that with you to a full evaluation. I cannot link the concussion to breathing issues so there may be more than one issue. Start with your doc who knows your history & can refer you to whoever locally can sort this out. A few tests to start with may be worthwhile.

An evaluation with your Pediatrician is recommended. Request a Neurology examination at the visit. Have ehad asthma, COVID 19 or cardiac issues? Watch for signs of shortness of breath and worsening symptoms. An imaging study may provide additional information. A virtual consult with Healthtap is available.

Some of this is indeed secondary to the head trauma, and post-traumatic mixed headaches with nausea, cognitive issues, and dizziness would be expected. Breathing issues are not part of the sequelae of head injuries, and most likely are a co-morbidity. Have all of this evaluated and sorted out.
