Concussion symptoms: Sxs of a concussion can include headache, nausea, vomiting, dizziness ringing in the ears or loss of balance. Bright lights may cause pain. Vision can blur or you may see bright colors. You may not think as clearly as normal. You can have a concussion with or without loss of consciousness. There can be memory problems, confusion or moodiness. Sxs can start right away or build over the hours.

Varies: Immediate or a few days. Signs: any loss of consciousness with a normal head ct. Symptoms: irritability, memory loss , double vision, headaches, nausea or any one or combo are most common. Occasionally, they can persist for over a month and this is called a post-concussive syndrome.
