Yes.: Sure there are some folks who have impacted wisdom teeth their whole lives without ever having them removed, but do you want to risk having to deal with an infected or cystic wisdom tooth at at later age? If you've been told they need to come out and the reasons are clear, do it while you are young.

Yes: If you have wisdom teeth that need to be removed because of an existing problem with the teeth, or contributing to a problem with adjacent structures and choose not to have them removed, you are risking your health.
