What do you suggest to relieve the lower back pain that i woke up with this morning?

NSAIDS/ice/heat: Anti-inflammatory medications (if no contra-indication for them), cold packs and hot compress 20 minutes on, and about an hour off prior to re-applying. Avoid any heavy lifting, and avoid repetitive bending/squatting/twisting by waist. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.
