Depends: Most of the brain is dedicated in some way to processing vision. Depending on the part that's affected by a stroke, the vision changes can vary widely. Some people simply lose all or part of their vision. In rare cases, it can be more specific, like loss of motion vision or face recognition.

Hello Doctor, Since few days I have some head vertigo and spot headache during the day on the entire head and sometimes my vision gets blurry.
