Hello doctor, since few days i have some head vertigo and spot headache during the day on the entire head and sometimes my vision gets blurry.

Needs to be checked: Headache,Vertigo and Blurred vision can be due to Neurological problem.We don't have enough information to suggest what it may be.I suggest you see your Doctor asap and if can not get appt.Go to ER. Need detailed history and comprehensive exam.And if indicated may need a Cat Scan to make a diagnosis and appropriate treatment
