What is causeing the sore pain in center of my foot?

Many things: Without specifics it is tough to say. There are many things that cause foot pain. Fractures, nerve entrapment, sprains/strains, bone tumors, infections... The most common cause in my office is inflammation of the joints. I would recommend evaluation by a podiatrist.
