Good day, im having problems with my feet. my feet has been sore on and off for the last year. it is the bottom of my feet, my soles. i do not have flat feet.what can be the cause and what can remedy it?

Please provide info : With the information provided it is difficult to come with a diagnosis and treatment. Try to determine the type of footwear you are wearing when the discomfort occurs. This might help. I have seen where you can be very sensitive to the surface that you’re walking on i.e. your shoes. If not helpful please provide more information and we will try and help
