Ulceration most comm: A sore on the bottom of the foot could be a result of many things but an ulcer is very common, especially in the diabetic population. Especially if you are diabetic, immediately see a podiatrist for evaluation. Even if you are not diabetic, it should still be properly evaluated.

Ulceration: There are many reasons for wounds on the feet. They can be related to pressure, vascular, diabetes, skin cancers, other skin disorders, and many more. It is important to have these evaluated by a qualified foot and ankle specialist or wound care clinic.
