NOT WHITER!: Quitting smoking will definitely make you healthier (your mouth and entire body). But just quitting smoking alone will not make your teeth white. It will stop teeth from getting more yellow, but you will have to do some type of whitening to make them white. Patients often reward themselves with custom whitening trays after quitting. This also gives them more incentive not to smoke after quitting.

Yes!!: Smoking causes significant darkening if the shade of your teeth, and is a major cause of periodontal (gum and bone) disease... Quitting will definitely improve the look and health of your teeth and mouth, and body!
