How long after quitting smoking will my nails and teeth look less stained?

See dentist : A dentist, or hygienist can remove the stains on your teeth from smoking. They will not go away by themselves. So see your dentist and have your teeth cleaned and have an exam to see what is going on in your mouth.

Cleaning: It is great that you have decided to quit smoking. Going to the dentist to get a cleaning and a complete exam is the start. This would allow a complete look at you overall oral health and also remove the stain from your teeth.
