Only briefly, maybe: Sorry, but not likely to have much effect on your bp, particularly since it cannot be too-crazy-high ("medically speaking") and be allowed to donate that day. It does give you a good feeling saving three people's lives, which can reduce stress and might lower BP (?Bit of a stretch?). Still it is a great thing to do!

No: High blood pressure or hypertension is not caused by excessive volume of blood in the body. Therefore donating blood usually has no effect on one's blood pressure.
