Maybe: Mvp sometimes can cause cp. You may have valve regurgitation. It is best to have a cardiologic examination and possibly an echo.

Probably not: MVP can be associated with chest pain and palpitations but shouldn’t cause shortness of breath unless the valve is leaking a lot. You should see a cardiologist and have an echo to find out how bad the valve is.
