Hello sir, i am having chest pains which comes and goes. i also have mvp, does mvp causes chest pains and shortness of breath. does i will die soon.?

Probably not: MVP can be associated with chest pain and palpitations but shouldn’t cause shortness of breath unless the valve is leaking a lot. You should see a cardiologist and have an echo to find out how bad the valve is.
