Eat less and exercis: Eat less and increase activity and you can lose weight. Eat healthy with low fat, protein rich foods which contain ample fruits and vegetables. Keep moving and walk for 30-60 minutes daily and you will lose weight... Slowly but surely. Be patient and continue this discipline round the year.Good source of proteins are soy and tofu, eggs, nuts and fish.
