A lot: You can probably lose a lot of weight since you'd be on a very low calorie liquid diet. But you'd also be losing essential vitamins and other nutrients. A diet like that is not balanced and is not advised. You should talk to a nutritionist about a diet plan that won't cut out essential nutrients from your diet.
