What can you give to a 6 month old baby who is spitting up like crazy and not keeping much down? can they have chicken broth etc..? he's crying a lot

If he's spitting up: that much and crying, he should be seen by his pediatrician. Depending on what foods he already eats, chicken broth may or may not be appropriate, but likely is not.
