Temp first: Get her temps down with Ibuprofen and push fluids to avoid dehydration. 24-48 hrs temps should go away if viral. If not, i'm afraid you are going to take her to see a physician.

Possibly flu: See previous answer concerning fever. For runny nose, salt water nasal spray/drops or antihistamine like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) may five relief. Tylenol will also help with the body aches. Encourage fluids, broth, chicken noodle soup, pedialyte/gatorade *diluted) to prevent dehydration.
