Make a list: Make a list of frequent demands. Rank them in order of importance. Food, sleep, fitness. Self, kids, partner. Work, family, social, etc. Then use a calendar or app and assign a time every day to arrange for and complete each task that must be done for health, safety, fitness of oneself and family.
