It depends: It depends on what you want and how much work you want to put in. If your looking to pack on some muscle and are lifting weights, i would take a muscle milk. It has a good combo of protein and overall calories and works almost as an extra meal. If you want to make your own, just hard boil some eggs and dont be scared of the yolks. Eat at least 1 yolk for every 2 whites.
