Just be aware: While it's unlikely, in the short run, to be harmful. It's really just a high calorie shake where most of the calories are coming from carbohydrates and a fair bit from sugar. In fact two of the major ingredients are "sugar" and maltodextrin(another fancy name for sugar). I know it can be tough to "eat enough" but you may be better of just blending up healthy foods as a drink, rather than this.

Sure: Be aware that despite the glitzy promotion, this is more expensive, less healthy, and less fun to eat than a sensible, well-planned, well-balanced diet of good ordinary food.
