Bad from all aspects: As : 1) no one can maintain it ( ie not eating); 2) its bad for your health, as the body needs food for running the basic life support systems (like breathing, heart function, working of the brain, kidneys, other organs, moving around etc). You need to check with your doc and consulting a dietician would be helpful to you.
