Neurologist Consult: See your primary care provider, and if you do not have one, find one and get thorough history and physical a consultation by a neurologist (a physician who specializes in the brain and nervous system) could be the right next step, after you and your primary care provider discuss it.

See a doc: A doc visit is relatively inexpensive. With a normal history and neuro exam , brain tumor is unlikely. Overall, brain tumors are rare, estimated 20/100, 000 people. Of those, 7/100, 000 are cancer. You can see a doc typically less than $100. Ct or MRI likely to cost over $1000.
