What would you do to decide if you have post nasal drip or cerebrospinal fluid leak (csf)?

Good question: Why would you suspect a CSF leak? Trauma? History of recurrent meningitis? Recent surgery? These leaks aren't very common. That said, you can see an ENT who can send off this fluid to be tested for beta2-transferrin. The test can answer that question for you. May also order ct imaging.
