Yes: If the source of your leak is the temporal bone, then you might have fullness in the ear and likely a salty taste. But please see an ent. You will not be able to answer whether you have a CSF leak over healthtap. You will need further testing

Possibly Yes: Symptoms of CSF leaks include watery drainage from generally one side nose or ear. Since these leaks can be spontaneous or traumatic,with potential complications, a thorough assessment with history, physical exam and imaging studies is warranted
