Exercise: The challenge of loosing weight while on a wheelchair is that usually physical activity is less but the basic tenet is the same: calories burned should be more than calories eaten. To increase physical activity a manual wheelchair or a hand bike is useful. Limiting calories by controlling portions is also important.
