Im over weight a lil and in a wheelchair had my gall bladder removed and seem to be putting more on what should i do?

Less calories &...: As with all other healthtap questions about weight loss strategy, the correct response consistently is: reduce calories & exercise. For every pound less you desire, a simple rule of thumb is to reduce 3000 calories--either by making better food choices, reducing portion size, &/or working out. The latter may be problematic being wheelchair confined, but a therapist or personal training can help.
